The bill (Reg. No. 2305) suggests exclude articles 232 and 336, as well as part three of article 351 and part four of article 354 of the Criminal Procedure Code that regulate the procedure of holding video conferences of interrogations and identifications during the pre-trial investigation, as well as separate procedural actions during court proceedings.
It is also suggested amend clause 21 of the Transitional Provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Committee members stressed that specialized ministries, departments, scientific institutions and the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat stress the necessity to refine this bill.
